China exchange 2019

This summer Media Production students have had two opportunities to have adventures in China!

A group of Screen School staff and students travelled to Shanghai this summer and as well as seeing the sights, (here we all are above on a Huangpu river cruise experiencing the amazing cityscape of Shanghai at night), students worked with their counterparts at Shanghai Normal University to produce films about cultural exchange.

A group of Screen School students also visited the Communication University of Zhejiang in Hangzhou. Students got a taste of what life is like for Chinese students and really appreciated the hospitality shown to them by their Chinese counterparts.  As well as exchanging ideas about media and culture they also had time for cultural visits to places such as the beautiful Seitan water village (pictured below) and West Lake, Hangzhou.
