Media Production students teaching experience

We’ve just completed our fourth session teaching media taster sessions to local year 11 school pupils. The last three days has been a great opportunity for Media Production students to deliver camera and editing workshops and try out their teaching skills. The workshops were a great success not only promoting the course but testing students technical, communication and people skills. The feedback from schools and pupils was very positive and students involved enjoyed the chance to try something different. Media Production students often consider a career in teaching and opportunities such as this are ideal for giving it a go.
